• Membership uncoded rings 1 week
• Members Carophyll 1 week
• Members clothing 6 weeks
• Other items 3 weeks
• Next day delivery: Only accepted by phone (for costs see below).

The International Ornithological Association (IOA) cannot accept liability caused by delivery companies.

Refund/Cancellation Policy-timeframe

All orders in writing on forms supplied on website.

In the case of incorrect sizes.

• Membership coded rings: No refund or cancellation post order.
• Members Uncoded Rings: No refund or cancellation post order.
• Members Carophyll: No refund or cancellation post order.

Pricing Policy

The International Ornithological Association (IOA) reserve the right to alter pricing as market conditions dictate.
