I am not currently a member, how do I join?

If you are not currently a member then you can now apply online for a full 12 month membership and when your account is setup you will be able to buy I.D Coded Rings.

I am a member but have not received any details yet?

If you are an existing member and for some reason you have not received your details then please email Richard Lumley with your membership number, or fill out the form below and we will get your account created.

Which rings can i buy?

If you are a member you can buy:

  • I.D Coded Members Rings (10 pack)
  • Non I.D Coded Members Rings (10 pack)
  • Non Member Rings (10 pack)
  • E-Z Elastic Rings Replacement Pack
  • E-Z Elastic Family Identity Rings (starter kit)

If you aren’t a member you can buy:

  • Non Member Rings (10 pack)
  • E-Z Elastic Rings Replacement Pack
  • E-Z Elastic Family Identity Rings (starter kit)

How much is delivery?

Delivery is automatically calculated on each individual item so delivery prices may vary. Next day delivery is available by contacting us by phone at a minimum cost of £6.95, the item will be delivered by 1pm. For more information take a look at the terms and conditions

How do I order rings?

Rings can be ordered online by visiting the online shop or by post by using the ring order form. If you are wanting to order members rings you must be signed in in order to access them.

Where are the members rings?

We have recently updated our online shopping function and you will now need to have a registered members account to purchase I.D Coded Rings.

To make the process as simple as possible in this new transition we have migrated all our existing members who have provided us with an email address to our online shop and you should have received an email with your details.

Please note that under this new system I.D. Coded Rings and Plain Rings are now not visible in the shop until you are logged in with a valid account. Please login now to purchase these items.

I’ve forgotten my password?

If you are trying to sign in but you have forgotten your password please follow these steps:

  • On the sign in box please click ‘lost your password’
  • Then type in your username or email and click ‘reset password’
  • You will then receive an email containing a link – click the link and then choose a new password.

What to do if my bird has been stolen?

If your bird has recently been stolen you can contact us via our contact form with the information and it will be displayed on our homepage under the “Stolen Birds’ category section.

Can i print my receipt?

You can print your receipt if your order has been completed. To do this you need to:

  • Go to the online shop.
  • Go to the ‘my account’ section.
  • You will then be able to see ‘Recent Orders’ with a list of your orders underneath.
  • If an order is completed then you will be able to click ‘Download Invoice (PDF)’ – you can then save the file to your computer and print it out.
